Frequently Asked Questions

Our workshop fee for the January and February 2025 is US $ 1,045.00 per workshop/participant for our Face to Face workshops and US$ 725.00 per workshop/participant for Virtual Workshops.  

The workshop fee includes tuition and workshop materials.

For in-person workshops, shuttle transportation between the recommended hotel(s) and the workshop venue will be provided. Participants will also enjoy refreshments and lunch during the sessions.

Taaleem collaborates with a trusted registration and travel partner to manage workshop registrations and provide optional services, including hotel accommodations, airport transfers, and UAE tourist visas. Please note that these additional services incur separate costs and are not included in the workshop fee.

Once your workshop registration is complete and the workshop is confirmed Taaleem will put you in touch with the confirmed Workshop Leader. 

Workshop leaders will contact participants by email before the workshops to find out exactly what they expect from the workshop and to advise what resources participants should bring along or prepare.

If a registered participant/school decides to cancel the registration for whatever reason, Taaleem must be advised by email to ibworkshops@taaleem.ae. This also applies in cases where visas are not granted. The course fees will be retained by Taaleem, however, the participant may nominate an alternative candidate or transfer the registration fee to another workshop.  For full details please review our terms and conditions.

Taaleem do reserve the right to cancel the course if sufficient bookings are not received (and paid for) at least 2 weeks prior to the course starting. If Taaleem cancel any course, or part of a course registered participants are entitled to a full course fee refund. For full details please review our terms and conditions

Certificates of Attendance will be issued to participants who attended all the scheduled sessions and will be printed with the name and subject supplied on the registration form.  Participants are required to attend all workshop sessions, this is an IB requirement.
