Taaleem in cooperation with IB –
IB Workshops Terms and Conditions <\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Physical Workshops<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

\u00b7  <\/span><\/span>Payment must be made in full during online registration and prior to the workshops. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7 <\/span><\/span>The participation fee for the conference is non-refundable. However, Taaleem do reserve the right to cancel the course if sufficient bookings are not received (and paid for) at least 2 weeks prior to the course starting. If Taaleem cancel any course, or part of a course registered participants are entitled to a full course fee refund. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7   <\/span><\/span>The workshops shall be open to all persons properly registered. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7 <\/span><\/span>Taaleem agree to provide each registered participant with tuition, workshop materials, refreshments, and a light lunch during the course of the workshops. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7  <\/span><\/span>Name tags will be issued to identify participants and are required for admittance to workshops; they should be carried by participants at all times. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>If a registered participant decides to cancel the registration for whatever reason, Taaleem must be advised by email <\/span>conferences@taaleem.ae<\/span><\/a> .This also applies in cases where visas are not granted. The course fees will be retained by Taaleem, <\/span>however, the participant may nominate an alternative candidate.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7  <\/span><\/span>Taaleem strongly recommend that participants buy insurance to cover the cancellation of a course. Taaleem is not responsible for any costs associated with flight or travel cancellations, we recommend that only refundable flights are booked prior to confirmation of a course. In the event that a course is cancelled because of insufficient bookings, Taaleem will offer a full course fee refund. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7 <\/span><\/span>If an event beyond Taaleem\u2019s control occurs, such as a leader being ill or unable to lead a course, or the venue is not
available for whatever reason, then Taaleem shall endeavour to run the course with a substitute leader or venue. If that is not possible, a full refund of the course fee will be due to registered participants. No consequential or additional costs will be paid. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7  <\/span><\/span>Uptown International School or Taaleem, their directors, officers or agents are neither responsible nor liable for the safety and property of participants or their companions, nor for any financial losses incurred if workshops are cancelled due to reasons beyond
the control of Uptown School or Taaleem, either during the workshops or any excursions related thereto. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7 <\/span><\/span>Participants are advised to seek information on potential health and security risks and are responsible for securing adequate insurance coverage. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7  <\/span><\/span>Once the participants\u2019 online payment has been made to Taaleem, and terms and conditions have been accepted, the agreement will become legally binding and governed by UAE law.<\/span> <\/strong><\/p>\n
